CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND GET MY ITEMS SHIPPED TO ME?
Absolutely, simply add all the items you want to order from our website to your shopping cart and click on your cart to check out. If you need any assistance with this please contact us at info@instincts.com. Free Shipping is available for all orders within North America. All orders are shipped within two business days after being placed. We currently ship via UPS and Canada Post and are always trying to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers. We currently ship to Canada and Continental U.S.A. DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
Yes, we deliver to Continental U.S.A. We currently do not offer shipping outside Canada & the U.S.A. Additionally we do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES? Sometimes there are customs charges on orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada. We ask you to check with your local customs authority for more information on this type of tax or duty charge. There should be no customs or duty charges for orders shipped to the USA via UPS.

HOW DOES THE EXCHANGE RATE WORK?
Process charges and display prices in a customer’s local currency to improve sales and help customers avoid conversion costs. At our checkout, you will be charged in Canadian dollars (as we are based in Canada), however, your local currency exchange rate will be applied by your credit card company when the payment is processed by them.
